SHPE Indiana's Tanya Valencia and members of LA PLAZA hosted the "Madre and Hija" program which consisted of a presentation and a engineering workshop to young Latino girls . The purpose of the workshop was to educate our young Latino audience on the different engineering disciplines and make them aware of the exciting field of Engineering and Science.
